Cookie Policy

Last updated: 1 September 2026

1. What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website. Cookies allow a site to recognise your device and remember information about your visit.

2. What we use

CategoryPurposeConsent
Strictly necessarySecurity, session management, load balancing, and remembering your cookie preferenceNo consent required. These cannot be switched off
AnalyticsCounting visitors and understanding which pages are read, so we can improve the siteSet only if you consent. You may withdraw consent at any time

3. What we do not use, and will not

  • Advertising or targeting cookies of any kind.
  • Cookies that build a profile of your interests, or that track you across other websites.
  • Any mechanism that shares your browsing behaviour on this site with a clinic, a practitioner, a supplier, a manufacturer or an advertising network.

That last exclusion is a matter of principle, not only of privacy. A body that publishes independent verification of clinics must not pass information about the people reading those verifications to the clinics being verified.

4. Your choice

When you first visit, you will be asked whether you consent to analytics cookies. Nothing other than strictly necessary cookies is set unless and until you accept. Declining has no effect on your access to any part of the site. You may change your choice at any time using the Cookie choices link in the footer.

5. Third-party cookies

If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics to collect usage statistics. Google sets its own cookies, over which we have limited control. Its privacy notice is at policies.google.com/privacy. We do not permit Google to use the data for advertising purposes. Analytics is loaded only after you accept, and only when a measurement ID is configured on this site.

6. Managing cookies in your browser

You may also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site from working. Browser settings are an additional control and are not the means by which we obtain your consent.

7. Changes and contact

We will update this policy if our use of cookies changes, and the date above will change. Questions may be directed to info@glonova.com.
